Our unique SmartAlarm, designed by Safe Estates, has cordless sensors that require no hard wiring, electricity, licensed radio systems, radio mast or telephone line. Entirely stand-alone with a long-life battery, the SmartAlarm instantly detects and reports on incidents from intruders to flooding and fire. These can be reviewed with our secure online monitoring system.

Better connected - Using GSM technology, our monitoring station is informed automatically of any incident. Verification signals ensure false alarms are virtually eliminated. In the event of an incident, you will be contacted and a variety of remedial measures can be undertaken. SmartAlarm also incorporates voice messages to deter intruders and a 120dB siren to deter vandals and thieves - both of these can be deactivated for covert monitoring.

Better constructed - A steel casing and polycarbonate dome (the same material used in riot shields) means the SmartAlarm can withstand attack as well as the elements. It has on-board tamper detection to protect operation and will even re-arm itself should a key holder forget to do so, ensuring constant security for your property.

Better control - SmartAlarm users have a single electronic key or Personal Identification Device (PID), containing an encrypted serial number and password. These cannot be copied like a traditional key. The key holder simply touches the SmartAlarm with the PID to deactivate and reactivate. Each time the PID is used, details of the key holder, date, time and serial number are logged. Any PIDs no longer in use or stolen are immediately de-commissioned.
