Our business places us, and causes us, to interact with more people in this sector than probably any other. Garden regeneration.
The VPS group's experience shows that our clients need at total solution, and quite often, the neglect seen inside property is extended to the outside, so it is with this in mind that we have a gardening service. This means we leave a property having delivered a total Clearing and Cleaning service inside and out.

Bio Hazards
Sadly, this is an increasing problem in all areas of housing today, often upon entering void or tenanted properties, the experience can be exposed to a real danger and serious risk to health. This danger is increased when hazards like as syringes, sharps and body fluids are now being found all too often in public places. We deliver a fast, professionally managed service.

Bulk rubbish.
Fly tipping as we all know does not just spoil our environment it can lead to serious pollution. It also brings other risks for example, fire hazards, and vermin infestation. For our clients it is imperative that they work alongside like minded professionals who can operate, understand and demonstrate through action, a health and safety legally compliant, collection, removal and disposal service.

Pest Control and infestation.
We can provide a survey to assess the severity of the problem and advise on the most appropriate course of action. We are asked to look at quite diverse number of problems from wasps nests to rodents and pigeons. Pigeons for example expose us to over 40 diseases. The faeces however, are also an increasing problem, visible fouling, for example. In addition they can also cause, slips, trips and falls, which can make us all vulnerable in today's litigious society.

Minor Repairs and additional services.
As part of our service offering, we also provide minor repairs to property; this also includes decorating. In addition to this we also provide additional services to companies engaged in the regeneration housing projects throughout the United Kingdom.
