“Boardups Can Be Done
With a High Level of Security and Cost-Effectively in Communities”
Foreclosures are an unfortunate reality
in this economy. While the hope is that individuals can get out of
foreclosure, communities are sometimes faced with the buildings that
are boarded up – and unfortunately are not as secure as the lien
holder or the community would like. C.A.R. GA staff, at the urging
of community leaders, CAPS and other interested organizations are
researching companies with track records of securing facilities such
as Vacant Property Security, among others, in an effort to keep
communities safe from squatters, property crime or worse. If you
have a problem building that’s impacting a community or a property
you are trying to sell, please contact bbernardoni@chicagorealtor.com.
