“I use VPS for all my construction projects.”

For Martin Navarro, president of Done Rite Construction Services, Inc., the VPS system is key to helping him control costs and make a profit.

He prides himself on quality construction and on finishing projects on time and on budget. That’s why he had to find a better solution for securing his construction sites after thieves and vandals broke into his vacant buildings multiple times. “Break-ins during construction cost me $14,000 in materials and $12,000 in damage. Boards and other measures just don’t work,” says Martin, whose company is a growing builder of multi-unit apartment complexes, town homes and houses based in Blue Island, Illinois.

He tried the VPS system after another contractor told him about its steel-plated doors and window guards that prevent unauthorized entry but allow easy access for his workers.
